Privacy Contact
This website and the project portal are operated by Bum Jun Kim, working as VORANAH and VRNH Music & Sound in Seoul, South Korea.
Request Access, Correction or Deletionvoranah@voranah.comEmail me about access, correction, deletion or stopping the use of your personal information. Identify the project or message involved. Don’t send passwords, identity documents or someone else’s private link. I may need to verify that the request is yours. Records that must be retained by law cannot always be deleted immediately.
Browsing and Local Tools
You can browse without creating an account. There is no newsletter signup or checkout on this site. No advertising tracker or audience analytics script is included in the website code.
Studio Tools calculations and image processing run in your browser. Selected files are not uploaded. Game settings, reading progress, saved tool presets and the audio queue are stored on your device. Clearing site data removes these saved settings and progress. Audio files are not stored in the queue cache.
Cookies and Browser Storage
The main site uses a language cookie for up to one year. Display preferences and saved progress use local storage until you or your browser clear them. Power state and recovery flags use session storage. The portal remembers language and appearance separately on its own domain.
After project access is verified, an access cookie lasts up to eight hours, ending sooner if the link expires. It is limited to that project. The access key is removed from the address bar and cleared from temporary browser storage after access succeeds. Optional project passwords are not saved in browser storage. Hosting and sign-in providers may also use security cookies.
Video and Music Services
YouTube videos show artwork hosted with this site until you press Play. The video player loads only after that action. It uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain, which still connects your browser to Google when loaded.
A Spotify player loads only when you choose to open it. External players and links are governed by their providers’ privacy settings and policies. Your browser sends connection information when it loads their content.
Appointments and Messages
Booking opens Cal.com in a separate tab. The information you submit there is used to arrange and manage your appointment. Booking details may be stored in the connected Google Calendar. Only share the contact and project details needed for the visit.
Email links open your mail app. Messages you send are handled through Zoho Mail. The portal’s feedback editor keeps an unsent draft in page memory. It does not submit or save the draft to the portal. You choose whether to send it by email or paste it into our existing chat.
Private Project Rooms
Project rooms contain the contact details, schedules, agreements, project notes and files needed for the work. Approved document snapshots may come from private Google Docs or Sheets. The portal runs on Cloudflare with private file storage. Owner sign-in uses Cloudflare Access and the selected identity provider.
Anyone with a valid, unexpired project link can access that project unless an additional password is required. Don’t forward a private link without permission. Hosting services process network information, including IP addresses, to deliver content and prevent abuse. The portal uses this information to limit repeated sign-in attempts.
File Expiry and Retained Records
Temporary portal downloads stop working at the displayed expiry time. Expired delivery objects are scheduled for cleanup. An expired download does not erase source documents, signed agreements, email or local recovery backups.
Project and business records are retained separately for the work, recovery and applicable legal obligations. Contact me to check or request removal of a specific record. The services listed below may process information outside South Korea. Their storage locations and retention rules vary by service.
Service Privacy Information
These links describe the providers’ own processing. They do not replace a request to me about project records.
