THE WAREHOUSE

we started this right after forming the film team

the story grew out of an idea i had

my first time holding a boom

i played a dead body too

i had done sound post-production before

i’d never done so much foley and sound design

i learned a lot while making it

a festival deadline was coming so i made the theme overnight

we got it done

then came a best sound design award

that was a very good surprise

for my portraits, cherryjavelin and i went to a different warehouse

i’m holding a guitar in those

black and white connected it to the film

i still prefer the one with a little color in it
