The English edition of Awake keeps U_Chae’s five-song sequence and adds English versions of the four songs following the title track. “Awake” was already in English. The songs retain their movement from the beginning of a relationship to its end before closing with “One Sweet Day.” This edition also received a physical release in Germany.

ilpo still had the mastering sessions from the original ep
he could use the original settings for the new english masters
it helped keep the sound close to the original
i was glad he’d kept those files
the rest of the story is with the original release
