A debut built like a ten-scene show, this record moves from private doubt to moments that let the pressure out. Written and recorded between 2015 and 2020 across Chicago and Seoul, its shifts between electronic, rock, and alternative follow the story’s changing mood. The songs make room for both inward reflection and a louder release.
“Meant to Be” supplies the early dance-pop foundation. “Mary” passes its restless energy straight to “Jane,” while “Separate” sets bittersweet words against an upbeat whistle hook. Rock remains the anchor as the arrangements change around it. By “Peaceful Outro,” the record has turned shyness into the momentum that carries it through.
