“Ghost in the Flames” puts a rough-edged voice at the center of its rock and pop-punk arrangement. The lyric follows someone worn down by their own behavior, trying to recognize themselves again. Choi Eunseo’s husky vocal keeps that self-doubt close, while guitars, layered backing vocals, and Isaac Kim’s bass give it room to push outward.

The song began in 2020 but stayed off STUDIO SHYNESS. Reworked over several years, it became the first single from VORANAH’s second album and Choi Eunseo’s debut. The long revision kept the focus on the song’s central tension: being fed up with yourself and still trying to move forward.
