at first i only had scripts

i imagined scenes and characters from the scripts

i bought a kalimba and tried the composer’s melody

i sent it over and it found its way into the show

i took guitar and kalimba to vienna and my pedalboard

playing with that orchestra in that hall was something else

after my parts i wandered around listening

then i went upstairs to the control room

i had studio renovation questions while they saved and backed up

i asked about their setup

they were generous with their time

i came back to seoul with ideas for the studio

there were more parts to record as the show went on

my work on tv was becoming familiar but this show’s reach felt different

later, someone in spain commented on a facebook post of mine

she was looking for piano sheet music from the show

i tried to help her get it from a korean website

she went on to support my own music and our films too

she later visited korea but we didn’t get to meet
