“City of February” gives isolation a physical setting. Jung Yuna walks through a city that seems unable to recognize her. The narrator wants someone to notice her while also wanting to disappear.
There are no drums or percussion. Harpsichord and Hammond organ join synthesizers around the voice. Their pauses leave the song’s sense of time unsettled. The track later becomes the middle chapter of the three-track single Lullaby.

this was part of the world we were building for her
it connects to “tundra” on the three-track single
cherryjavelin gave that world a look i loved immediately
the video and the photos even the cover had the feeling
she loved it too
i held a camera too for some behind-the-scenes footage
cherryjavelin liked a few moments i’d caught
he edited the behind-the-scenes video i enjoyed watching it too
a lot happened along the way one hell of a ride
but i still love looking at what we made
